About Me
Sierra Gale (she/her), B.Ed., M.C., RCC
I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor based on the unceded traditional territory of the K’ómoks First Nation/Cumberland, BC, offering virtual therapy to make quality mental health support more accessible and flexible for your life.

My approach is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and respect. I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative conversation—where you feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. I integrate evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs, always through a holistic lens.

Many experiences shaped my path to becoming a therapist — including time as a varsity athlete, a performer and musician, a wildfire fighter, and a secondary school teacher. I’ve also been deeply committed to mental health advocacy, particularly in promoting wellness within the skilled trades. These roles have shaped how I understand resilience, change, identity, and the importance of human connection.

I was born and raised in Saskatchewan, and those prairie roots still ground me. But it's here on the west coast—where I’ve lived for almost 20 years—that I’ve found a deep sense of home.

Whether you’re seeking clarity during a life change, working through long-standing patterns, or simply needing a space to process and heal, I’m here to walk alongside you.
